The historic centre of the group, ALLIANCEUROPE was founded in 2001 near Le Havre. The group’s core goal has always been to offer a direct solution to and from Ireland with “unaccompanied” transport via the ports of Cherbourg, Le Havre and Zeebrugge.

After 9 years of growth with our Irish connections, the service running to the UK was launched in 2010 using the same “unaccompanied” model, running via the ports of Cherbourg and Calais to the ports on the south coast of England.

With more than 20 years’ experience and millions of tonnes already transported, ALLIANCEUROPE is now a major cross-Channel player, with a solid reputation among French and European industrial groups.

Thanks to our direct maritime connections to Ireland, since Brexit we have been helping our clients get around the United Kingdom and ensure rapid transport with the minimum of documentary hassle.
